Starbloom Consulting LLC ("Starbloom," "we," "us," or "our") operates an Edge AI & Automation Orchestration Platform. We are committed to data sovereignty and operational privacy. This policy explains how we handle information across our website and platform.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Our public website (starbloomconsulting.com) does not collect, store, or process personal data. Specifically:

  • No cookies. We do not set tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or session cookies on visitor browsers.
  • No analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking service.
  • No server logs. Our hosting platform may generate standard access logs for operational purposes, but we do not store, parse, or mine them.
  • No forms. Our contact page provides a beta application form. Submissions are routed directly to our internal systems and are not stored on public infrastructure.

3. Platform Deployments — Client Hardware

The Starbloom Edge AI Platform is deployed on client-owned hardware. All automation workflows, AI models, and data pipelines execute locally on the client's physical machines. Starbloom does not receive, access, or proxy client operational data through our infrastructure. Data never leaves the client's premises unless the client explicitly configures an outbound integration (e.g., Google BigQuery, Twilio) under their own credentials.

4. Contact Form Submissions

When you submit the beta application form on our contact page, the information you provide (name, email, business description, and any attached message) is transmitted via an encrypted outbound webhook to our internal workflow automation system. This data is used solely to evaluate your fit for the Private Beta Cohort and to contact you regarding deployment availability. We do not sell, share, or distribute contact form data to any third party.

5. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services at the client's direction (Twilio for SMS, Vapi or Retell for voice, Google BigQuery, etc.). Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy and terms. Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting those terms. Starbloom does not intermediate or store data passing through these integrations.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
