1. Our Privacy Commitment

Starbloom Consulting LLC ("Starbloom," "we," "us," or "our") operates a local-first AI & automation platform. We are committed to data sovereignty and operational privacy. This policy explains how we handle information across our website and platform.

2. Website Analytics & Cookies

Our public website (www.starbloomconsulting.com) uses two analytics tools to understand traffic and improve the site:

  • Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic and engagement measurement. This service sets cookies in your browser.
  • Microsoft Clarity — aggregate, anonymized interaction measurement (for example, scroll and click heatmaps).

These tools are used for aggregate measurement only. We do not use them to build personal profiles or to sell data. You can block or clear these cookies through your browser settings; doing so does not affect your ability to use the site.

3. Contact Form

Our contact page includes an application form. When you submit it, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, business or organization details, and any message you include. Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection to our internal workflow automation system (self-hosted n8n) and delivered to our business inbox.

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or distribute contact form data to any third party. Application records are retained while we evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and are deleted on request.

4. Platform Deployments — Client Hardware

The Starbloom platform is deployed on client-owned hardware. Inference, automation workflows, and data pipelines run on the client's own machines. Starbloom does not receive, access, or proxy client operational data through our infrastructure. Data stays on the client's premises unless the client explicitly configures an outbound integration (for example, Google BigQuery or Twilio) under their own credentials.

5. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services at the client's direction (Twilio for SMS, Vapi or Retell for voice, Google BigQuery, etc.). Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy and terms. Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting those terms. Starbloom does not intermediate or store data passing through these integrations.

6. Server Logs

Our hosting platform (Vercel) and content delivery layer (Cloudflare) may generate standard access logs for operational and security purposes. We do not mine these logs for marketing.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
