What hardware do I need?
Foundation tier runs on any modern x86 machine with 16GB+ RAM, 4+ CPU cores, and 256GB SSD. Fleet tier requires 2+ machines with the same spec. We recommend a dedicated mini PC or repurposed workstation. We pre-configure the stack via Docker — no manual software installs required beyond Docker Desktop or Docker Engine.
Is my data sent to the cloud?
No. Every model, workflow, and pipeline runs on your local hardware. The only outbound traffic is encrypted tunnel traffic for remote health monitoring and optional BigQuery streaming. You control the data at all times. There are zero inbound ports open.
What if I need custom workflow integrations?
Foundation includes 3 custom workflow automations. Fleet includes unlimited workflows. If you need integrations beyond our standard library (CRMs, ERPs, job management tools, IoT feeds), we build them as part of your onboarding. Additional custom integrations are scoped per request.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — the support subscription is month-to-month with no long-term contract. If you cancel, the appliance continues running as configured. You lose access to remote monitoring, workflow updates, and priority support — but your local stack is unaffected.
What does onboarding look like?
Founders Circle members get a dedicated onboarding session within 3 business days of deployment fee waiver confirmation. We walk through your existing workflows, identify automation targets, configure the stack, and train your team. Standard onboarding is a self-guided setup guide with a 30-minute kickoff call.
Do you sell the hardware?
Not directly. We recommend hardware specs and can coordinate with our preferred hardware partners for pre-configured machines. You purchase the hardware, we configure the stack. This keeps your deployment under your ownership — no vendor-locked appliances.
Can I add more agents or automations later?
Yes — the platform is designed to scale. Foundation caps at 3 automations and 1 data bridge agent. Fleet is unlimited on automations and includes 3 agents. You can upgrade from Foundation to Fleet at any time; we prorate the difference.
